Some stress is good and it motivates and propels us to prepare well. Stress in the right amount is required for our progress. But, then if not handled with care, it may incapacitate.

Rethink Failure

Why is failure considered a foe? It is inevitable, certainly a very dear friend and a very effective teacher. We learn more from failures than from our success stories. Schools and parents must celebrate and encourage mistakes and failures. How can we learn and grow withoutchallenges and setbacks? We learn from our mistakes and then make new ones to further our learning journey.

Problem is that we tie failure to our sense of self-worth, self-esteem and self- acceptance, instead of considering it as a ladder to achieve our goal. If all successful people, whom you consider your role models now, would have given up after a couple of failures, would you have ever heard of them? No failure can ever define you! Embrace Failures To Learn & Grow. CHILL!

Being Aware of Self & Situation

Most things worth having entail sacrifice and effort. So, if you want to do well in your examinations, just do what you can and give it your best shot. Also, being aware of what you can and cannot control is such a relief. Take a moment and think of what's in your control.

Then, just do your best and leave the rest! Have realistic expectations. It iseasy to mindlessly follow the herd but then only you know what you can achieve. And, being aware of the syllabus, question paper pattern and schedule works!

Believe In Yourself

Cannot over-stress this! This is so fundamentally true. It all boils down to self-belief. Whether you believe you can or cannot, you are right!

Trust and know that no matter what, you can always achieve your heart's desire with passion, effort and perseverance. Because you will never give up and always learn from your mistakes, you are bound to reach your goal.
